Pat McKay, Vice President, Finance and CFO, L3 Canada, WESCAM and TMS Sector
It is with very
mixed emotions that I announce Pat McKay, Vice President, Finance and Chief
Financial Officer, L3 Canada, WESCAM, and TMS Sector, will be retiring early
next year. Pat has been with WESCAM for over 15 years and held numerous roles such
as Divisional Controller, Director of Finance, and Vice President and CFO.
Throughout the
years, Pat has built a reputation for being an engaging leader who provides
strategic direction and oversight to the business as a whole and functions
including, accounting, budget, compliance, contracts, finance, information technology,
tax and treasury. She also plays an
instrumental role in building various aspects of the Finance function within L3
Canada, WESCAM, TMS Sector, and ISR Segment and is a key member of the ISR
Finance Mentorship Program.
Many of us will
miss Pat’s Chats and appreciate her commitment to developing a communication
forum that provided her team with key learnings and vital company information. Her
Mama Pat’s sloth persona is definitely is one of a kind and will also be missed
at our All Hands Meetings; I do not think anyone else can pull off a sloth
costume like Pat!
During
retirement, Pat plans on travelling extensively and spending quality time with
her loving family. Please join me in wishing Pat all the very best in her
retirement and thanking her for her tremendous contributions and leadership.
